I am glad you asked. Pending happens for two primary reasons.
The first reason is when someone uses an eCheck with PayPal. PayPal will wait 7-10 days for the check to clear before
depositing the money and updating the status to Complete.
The second reason is when payment was started but was abandoned while at PayPal causing the status to say Pending. Not to worry, payment will not be charged. It will only say Pending for about three days, then you will be able to remove the order from your Order History to keep it from getting cluttered.
If you want to cancel out of PayPal and avoid the Pending status, you are able to click on the "Cancel and return to Happy Applique" link while at PayPal. This will direct you back to our website and confirm that the order was cancelled while keeping your designs in your shopping cart.
